Dear Associates:

This Bulletin is sent to advise you of the most recent updated version of the OTIRO Rating Manual, which became effective August 11, 2021, for all Oregon title insurance issuing offices. Relevant changes were made to Section 1.008 Local Government Lien Searches; Other Additional Charges are noted in the Schedule of Changes in the beginning of the Rating Manual.

The relevant changes are as follow:

Moved Clackamas County from $30 to $35

Moved Coos County from $25 to $30

Moved Curry County from $20 to $25

Moved Deschutes County from $25 to $30

Moved Douglas County from $15 to $20

Moved Jefferson County from $10 to $25

Moved Josephine County from, $25 to $30

Moved Lane County from $5 to $10

Moved Malheur County from $5 to $15

Moved Marion County from $20 to $25

Moved Morrow County from $5 to $10

Moved Multnomah County from $20 to $30

Moved Umatilla County from $15 to $20

Moved Washington County from $25 to $30

Moved Yamhill County from $20 to $25

NOTE: Agents please contact PropertyInfo Customer Care or your title production software vendor to advise them of the new rate changes and request that they implement the changes in your systems effective August 11, 2021.
