Rate filings are required in Alaska, and the current manual lists all of our endorsements with pricing. Therefore some more steps are required; if you intend to charge for any of the above policies and/or endorsements, please let us know the appropriate rate so that we may file them. If no charges will be captured, then we will simply wait until the next rate filing to add these forms to the manual.
As a reminder, other forms should not be used if a comparable ALTA version is available. If a comparable ALTA version is available, the most current version of the ALTA form available in your state should be used, unless approved by a Stewart underwriter.
