Please be advised that it is the policy of the company not to insure acreage or square footage of a property. Accordingly, wherever possible, please delete references to acreage or square footage in the policy's legal description of the land insured. Alternatively, the following exception may be added to the exception schedules of both the commitment and the title policies:
Any inaccuracy in the area, square footage, or acreage of land described in Schedule A. The Company does not insure the area, square footage, or acreage of the land.
