That order expires February 28, 2008, and will not apply to closings unless they are completed and funded on or before that date.
Unless a subsequent acceptable order is entered on or before February 28, 2008, you should not insure on sales of homes by any of the debtors if the closing and funding do not occur by February 28, 2008.
Please contact Stewart Title Insurance Company Agency Legal Services prior to insuring the sale of a home by any of these debtors after February 28, 2008.
