- Unrecorded Easements/Survey Coverage (Commercial Developments)
It has come to our attention with regard to the issuance of Survey Coverage that many surveys fail to reveal unrecorded easements running to the benefit of various utilities and commercial development tracts. Accordingly, whenever Survey Coverage is requested on commercially developed property, please contact the local utility companies in order to verify that they have no unrecorded easements affecting the subject property. In some instances municipalities maintain maps evidencing such unrecorded easements. In that instance please contact the appropriate municipality.
