It has recently come to my attention that the names appearing hereinbelow in chains of title has resulted in several title insurance companies suffering serious claims losses from forged deeds, forged satisfactions, forged mortgages and forged powers of attorney. In the event that the following names or similar names appear in any chains of title or in an application, please contact me immediately. In any event you are not authorized to issue any title assurances on behalf of Stewart Title Insurance Company if any of the aforesaid names or similar names appear in the chain of title or application without receiving appropriate authority from Stewart Title Insurance Company to do so:
